How long are sessions?
– Initial sessions are 60 minutes
– Individual sessions can range from 45 to 60 minutes
– Family/Couples sessions are 60 minutes
What should I expect for our first session?
The initial session is an exploratory meeting to learn more about you and your current needs. We will gather background information, discuss your symptoms, and determine a recommendation for treatment.
How long does therapy take?
Therapy is client centered and the length of time in treatment differs for each client. Once established goals have been met, treatment can conclude

I am currently an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a statement for your insurance to be reimbursed. Please contact your insurance carrier to inquire about their out-of-network reimbursement for mental health services provided by a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
